Jamaica (11432): The Store's Own ZIP — Pickup, $1 Delivery, and What Hillside Ave Actually Buys
We are at 166-30 Jamaica Ave, inside 11432. Here is how the neighborhood uses the store, from the Hillside Ave walk-ins to the LIRR commuters, with our own order numbers.
This is the ZIP the store lives in. 166-30 Jamaica Ave sits at Merrick Blvd, a block east of Jamaica Center, and 11432 stretches from Sutphin Blvd up Hillside Ave to Kew Gardens Hills. A lot of our walk-in traffic is people who live within ten blocks and have been buying from us since we opened in February 2024.
I am Sohan Bashar, the owner. I grew up on the blocks off Hillside Ave inside this ZIP, the part people now call Little Bangladesh, so when I say I know the block I mean the Rufus King Park side, the library, the Hillside Ave stretch by 164th, and the commuter crush at the LIRR at 6pm.

What 11432 actually buys
Flower is the top category at home, which fits a neighborhood that mostly walks in and picks eighths off the wall. Pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls follow. Hashtag Honey, Off Hours and Herb were the three brands that showed up most on 11432 receipts in the last ninety days. The after-work window on Fridays is when the line forms; if you want a quiet visit, late morning any weekday is empty.
The flower menu shows live stock, sorted by price if you want it that way.
How ordering works from Jamaica
- Open the live menu — it is the same inventory the registers see, so if it shows in stock, it is on the shelf.
- Pick pickup or delivery. 11432 is our first delivery zone: $1 delivery, $50 minimum, usually 15 to 25 minutes from dispatch.
- Pay at the door or at the counter. Bring a valid government ID; every customer is 21+ and we check every time, no exceptions.
- Delivery orders can be followed live on the tracker.
Pickup orders are ready fast because the store is small and the team packs as the order lands. If you are coming by train, Jamaica Center (E/J/Z) is the stop; we are on Jamaica Ave at Merrick Blvd, a short walk east.
