Honestly I am a regular customer and all the guys and women are so nice and helpful but today I had a horrible experience with the woman named nina or nani I think. She was very inconsiderate and wasn't letting me check things out properly like I wanted to buy the drinks and see what flavours they have and she was acting like I am gonna run away with them and she was grabbing it from my hands even before I got to check them out. So ultimately I just grabbed whatever and left. I am very disappointed with this experience and I hope they bring back the good employees.

Owner is extremely friendly and always transparent. Employees are respectful, friendly, heart warming, and professional. They have incredible communication skills and always engaging with customers. Alright, I ordered from them through the website for delivery. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Top tier. I noticed the day I ordered was also their “2 year anniversary celebration” so understandably, things were slightly delayed. Slightly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. You’d think they were 5 hours late (they give you an estimated time, and honestly, they weren’t far off from the estimated time they gave me, if at all). I couldn’t believe how sincere they were and how generous they were. Again, this was my experience with them. I will, without a doubt be using their services from now on. As far as the product, grade A and prices were very fair. This review was mainly about how great the Customer service was. Professionals.
